The game starts with Six having a nightmare and waking up in a mysterious place called the Maw. She escapes various dangers, encounters a helpful boy, and faces traps set by the Janitor. She navigates through the Prison, Kitchen, and Guest Area, discovering the Lady who haunts her nightmares. After a tense chase, Six weakens the Lady using a mirror and gains the ability to absorb souls. She escapes the Maw, ready for rescue as a boat approaches.
