🌊 Meet Lincos, the Melodic Merman! 🎵
Lincos, a natural musician among mermaids, finds his inspiration in the rhythms of the ocean—tides, currents, and storms forming a symphony only a mermaid can understand. Obsessed with creating the perfect tune, he became isolated from his family and friends, driven by his artistic passion.
The destruction of Equinoxial awakened him to new realities, and though he knows he will one day complete his masterpiece, he understands the time is not now. On calm days, Lincos sits on his favorite rock, singing his new song to the sea, unaware that sailors flee at the sound, fearing it heralds an approaching storm.

There are a few key elements that make a great survivor-like game: great visuals with minimal frame rate hiccups, engaging bosses or minibosses, and interesting, interactive weapons. Nerd Survivors checks quite a few of these boxes. After roughly 7.5 hours and unlocking a fair share of content, I feel like I’ve seen a lot of what the game has to offer. The nerdy aesthetic fits well with the weapons and characters, and I might find myself coming back for more runs occasionally.
