This isn't coming to mobile, just like Horizon Forbidden West and a few other I can mention here. It's been more than 3 years and there's no further updates on the progress of this development. As that is the case, I wish play stores, like this one, would remove content like this as it comes down to false advertising. And if it's not, means that the developers either went bankrupt or abandoned the project. Or worse case scenario, they advertise and sell pre beta privileges and scram with whatever money they were able to steal. All the more reason to remove false content like this after a certain period.
