Sanity Break combines skill checks with deck building. A player may loot from a large number of skills and cards and try creating chemical reactions between the two.

The results of a skill check include critical success, success and failure. A player may play cards to strengthen a skill by increasing its chance of critical success.
ᛤ Lovecraftian Worldview
Play legendary cards of the Elder Sign, Necronomicon, Shining Trapezohedron and more against Rat-Thing, Leng Spider, Ghast, and other Lovecraftian creatures.
ᛤ Card Enchantments
In Sanity Break, a player may enchant the cards by adding one of ten keywords to them, thus creating a unique card and increasing the strength of the deck.
ᛤ Dungeon of Randomness
Enter the gloomy Witch House for a strange dungeon adventure. Enemies, traps, encounters and treasures all wait ahead, but no one will ever know what’s going to happen next.
