So the thing is it's not available in some regions and somehow instead of the installer the region detect mechanism is coded into the game ...So just use a VPN and connect to any Chinese or Japanese server of your preference and you'll be good to go. 👍🏼

edit:- if you already tried to log in at your region and failed, then before you use the vpn , go to your taptap settings, revoke authorisation for koi remake , then clear data , then use vpn ...and log in...👍🏼
