Broken after update

After the latest update, many players are unable to log in. On my tablet I get the famous gray screen and on my phone I get some twitter error message. They clearly ignore players complaining and insist that we use a different more stable connection or restart. I have tried different connections even VPN. Nothing works and I believe that for most players with this issue, our internet is fine. If other games, websites, apps run just fine, why would only this game not work after the latest update?

They don't take criticism to heart and make improvements, they just relaunch it under different mean while hoping people won't find out, SMH. They relaunched NeverAfter as Tales Noir and this Chinese company made a Chinese company that resides in NA, as if it would make people trust the "new" game devs. This game is just another gacha game with auto pathing/combat predatory business practice that primarily caters to players who have social anxiety online and like to solo and do not like being forced to interact with other social players. Game has very limited character creation and they introduce the gacha system that has horrible RNG system at at early level.

The game is ok but the game now is faulty cuz of the new update it is stuck at grey screen after the netease games logo appear after i open the gane

is the same like any another auto questing game it only changes the intro and style, don't waste data(or your time) downloading this crap.

its alright it's just pretty basici don't like the graphics much the game itself is a little boring it's like a tales of wind copy on crack
