TWhy can't I enter the game? Please fix this error for me

It said >10min(greater than 10 min) but i waited >35min (less than 35 min) Waiting for hours to play a bit but queue time never end. New accounts can play within 3 minutes of wait time but days old accounts are not.Why HOYOVERSE 👍 Pros: Can play without downloading 24+ GB. of data 👎 Cons: It take so long to play once but I can't play Genshin Impact clout for 4 days 🎮 Gameplay: smooth 📖 Storyline: <Good

It is so stupid that nothing has been told about how much longer should we wait for the game to play.I can't even imagine just how long is 'queuing'! U call '>10' a countdown? No way.Its just a sign which never changes(at least for me).I came to try how the Cloud Genshin works but it's a disgrace.

It was good and all but when i was about to wish the time fudgin ended idk how longi have to wait now...but i was hoping that there will be no more trial time now so new players can play as much as they want but no we have to pay in order to play as much as we like based off the money we paid for i guess like 800+ php for 1400 minutes😭 if this app will get rid of the time thingy that would be great

The rewards are not worth it anymore. More than 3 years and it fails to satisfy. I'm not F2P so it's kinda sad with these anniversary rewards.

Great game been using the cloud version of genshin impact, for free users you have free 5hrs per accout that you log in and then you have free 15mins per day when you open the app and its cumulative which means even when you almost used up 5 hrs you can just log in everyday and claim the 15 mins, you accumulate up to 10hrs free time, so what i do is i log in every day then i play 1 or two times a week depends if theres events or something to claim, the cons are its hard to queue and even if you queue there is still waiting time of 10 mins to hrs(1hr, 2hr, 3hrs or longer) and if you are not doing anything you afk it disconnects you so when you have play play, if you are in playing then you afk for about mins it will log you out and you have to queue again and you need fast and stable internet connection,, dont know about if you buy cloud coins tho

HEllo I just wanted to say why does it take so long to play it says less then 10 min but I have to wait like 3 or 2 hours to play please fix this it's really annoying 😔
