They construct their own hide-out and hide there where no radar and no cops can track them. That's why an undercover agent has been sent to track an evil don who was involved in lot of criminal activities in many countries. The undercover agent have collected all the details about him, but unfortunately the evil don found out she is an agent and sent assassins to kill her.
