OCTOPATH TRAVELER: CotC

I recently tried out Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent and I got to say, this game is pretty impressive. Gameplay wise this game is set a few years before the first game Octopath Traveler. Now I've never played the original first Octopath Traveler so I cannot compare the PC version to this prequel mobile game. But what I can say is that this game is pretty impressive. You can have up to 8 members in your party, and while they all can't fight at one time, you can swap the front and back row when you need to, to bring in the back row to let the front row take a rest during a big boss fight. I And you can manually control who gets swapped from the front and back row during each turn.

In order to welcome 2B, 9S, and A2 into the fray in Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent and provide players with a limited-time collaboration event packed with in-game goodies, the two companies have joined up. A unique crossover for the mobile RPG will give players new challenges, as well as free rewards during the event and memoir scenarios. The Android Trio from the gacha is up for grabs in the Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent x NieR:Automata collaboration from now until April 5th, with a 5-star 9S promise from the free Guide 10.

This was a "God tier" game for me. The story, the gameplay, and graphics are pretty good. I know, the gacha system are suck, but that's not a problem for me, because I am now near at the end of the game, just with 4* teams, and a couple of 5*. But lemme tell you, if you already know the mechanism, you'll be able to enjoy the story without doing gacha. For sum, I love this game 

Absolutely does justice to the original as far as visuals and music. Wouldn't spend my hours spent on this series any differently. + you can pick and choose which characters to invest time into story-wise so saves the trouble of dealing with characters you couldn't care less about.
