This is one of many racing games, but it feels not bad.
As a way to better review the game, I'll list its pros and cons:
pros
+ The race isn't on a fixed map with a track, it's in the city, you can play free to explore
+ Plus, there are multiple game modes like park and break in addition to checkpoints
+ You can choose from a wide array of vehicles, credit is easy, and vehicles can be modified. (But just simple modification)
+ I like the steering wheel driving mode, the control is smooth
cons
- The graphics quality is not satisfied, only like 5/10 compared to Asphalt
- Poor optimization, sometimes there are glitches and air walls
- Even though it's an open world, the map is small and there aren't any cars or people on it
So, overall is not bad and there are obvious good and bad to this racing game.
