The main gameplay is to find the relevant items and escape from the hospital according to the mission hints. The doctor will patrol and you need to avoid him or you will be caught. Rats will attack you and you need to be careful.
The game has two difficulties, the easy mode forces an ad to pop up every two minutes, but the doctor and rats will be easy to deal with. In normal mode you have three days and each time you get caught by the doctor you will lose a day. If you haven't escaped in three days, you're dead. I played the normal mode and still had the forced pop-up ads.
You can only pick up a maximum of one item, and you must drop the current item before you can pick up a new one. However, when you are caught by the doctor, your item position will not be initialized when you restart, but will remain in the same place. The doctor's attack range is a bug, sometimes he just found you, there is still a distance, but still be able to knock you down. Sometimes you hide and don't move, the doctor will walk past and still suddenly turn around and knock you down. I think this situation is also a bug.
The game has a slight lag in Ultra graphic. It's not a bad horror game, but some of the details could be improved.
