The game is good and has strong potential to become as popular as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. However, there are some important issues that need improvement.
Getting heroes is too difficult compared to other MOBAs, where heroes are usually easier to unlock. Instead, skins can remain premium, but heroes should be accessible to all players so everyone can enjoy the gameplay fully.
Additionally, earning gems is very slow. It can take two to three months just to unlock a single hero, and by that time, several new heroes are already released. This makes it hard for players to keep up and reduces overall enjoyment.
Improving hero accessibility and making gem rewards more balanced would greatly enhance the player experience.
