My initial review was a bit harsh. So I wanted to amend a few things.
Anyways my playtime is probably closer to 7 hrs. But I ended up playing it some more and realized that the bosses actually weren't that bad. The first one does suck. I'll stand by that. But I grinded 2 levels up, fought the second one again, and realized his HP sap ability can be dealt with and his attack patterns weren't impossible to dodge. My character had slower movement so that was probably part of the problem with the first one.
From here I played all the way up to Rahaziel, and never had to grind once or even portal back to town. I actually felt overpowered honestly. Now Rahaziel's attacks can kill you pretty much instantly, but I actually chipped away like 90% of his health before he got me. It took a while, but I guess what I'm saying is that theoretically you *could* fight all these bosses without grinding.
My MAIN issue however that I still need to point out- is that your passives share the same slots as your actives. You can only have *3* of these equipped at a time which makes no sense. If I'm a necromancer I shouldn't have to choose between having an undead horde behind me and being able to use my abilities. This is just nonsense. If you want to restrict how many passives we can have equipped, fine- but please put them in different slots.
why are they even on-screen beside my attack if I can't even click them to do anything? again, just nonsense.
Overall though, I like the game. it would be a 5 star game easily for me if this one issue was fixed
