<Collection can't save game problem>

I'm using Poco x3 and I can't save, I have storage permission on for the app, but still facing this issue

Saving won't work for my device. And there's a bug with the missions. The current mission window I have is different with the mission being given by the NPC. The mission window shows the previous mission which makes a confusion which is the right mission to do.Another bug I am experiencing: I can't watch ads to revive my character. So, I got stuck when my character died.

Vivo Y20i 2021 - Android 11 That's my phone model and it's still happening after the two updates. Can't save at all even if my storage permission is enable.

I'm using iQOO 7 (Android 12). The game doesn't let me save. Whenever I re-open the game, it shows no saved archive.
