NetEase’s Sakura Studio Has Three New Games in Development

Japanese game media Famitsu today published an interview with three development teams of NetEase’s Sakura Studio.
The studio said that they are working on an adventure RPG played with a unique partner, a combat new game from a popular franchise, and an action game played with cooperation to defeat fierce and giant enemies.
There are a set of concept art pictures released, but the studio didn’t give more details on which photo is from which project.
The Guangzhou-based studio established an office in Tokyo in the autumn of 2020 and aims to become "a next-generation console game production studio."  An experienced Japanese producer was invited to be the person in charge.
Japan is an important market for NetEase, the tech giant’s flagship games in the Japanese market are Knives Out and IdentityⅤ.
