I love fighting games, I love anime, I love DFO and Guilty Gear, I should love this game but I can't. Graphics are ass even when highest, squary shadows, blurring stuff, wonky lines; not to mention the crazy "character design" of {put two gigantic balloons on female characters and call it a day} like, seriously, I know you shouldn't try and attribute logic to gaming but weren't there any woman on this character designing team? stuff so big and characters so skinny that their back would break if they tried to stand up, imagine fighting.
The fanservice for male/lesbian/attracted to female(looking female) ppl players is crazy, the husbandos are fine but there's no comparison... Everything takes ages to load so when you need to go from menu to menu it takes a while.
The graphics really surprised me, I thought the reason why it was so low quality was because of the "auto" option but the highest does little to nothing.
One thing to note tho, you get to choose your self-insert character gender, which I love because I play games for waifus and the character depiction is usually of a perverted ass weirdo that loves b00bs, most of them have no explanation for having only girls being able to fight and, worst of all, it's a self-insert character so you should see yourself in it but, unless you are like that in your mind and wish you could unleash your perverted self with some societal restrictions, you won't, those characters don't even have a personality nor some kind of past so you could detach them from yourself so props for this game for not being that; unfortunately the characters in there and the design is just like those games and even worse...
I wish I had better 2d sidescrolling games to play, I only have DFO for now so I'll have to leave this game like a secondary choice until I see I didn't touch it for a couple weeks and uninstall it.
