The Apex Legends Mobile would be released soon. This FAQ is to help you with problems you may encounter during the test effectively and bring you a better gaming experience.
Q: When will the game become available?
A: May 17th:
UK: 5am (BST), Europe: 6am (CEST), East Coast US: 12AM (EDT), Australia: 2pm (AEST), New Zealand: 4pm (NZST), Japan: 1pm (JST)
May 16th:
Central US: 11PM (CDT), West Coast US: 9PM (PDT)
Q: What are the minimum requirements?
A: For Android: Soc: Snapdragon 435/ Hisilicon Kirin 650/ Mediatek Helio, P20/ Exynos 7420, Android 6.0, Open GL 3.1 or higher, 4 GB free space, At least 2 GB RAM.
For iOS: iPhone 6S or later, OS version: 11.0 or later, CPU: A9,4 GB free space, At least 2GB RAM.
Q: Will Apex Legends mobile feature cross-play with the console?
A: No, Apex Legends Mobile is being built specifically for mobile, so it won’t feature cross-play with the console or PC versions of Apex Legends.
Q: What should I do when my device gets hot, the game is lagging, or the game crashes upon launch?
A: These issues may be due to your device's performance. Please close any other running apps, free up your device storage until there is at least 4GB free space or restart your device to help ease these issues.
Q: How do I pre-register on iOS to receive the pre-registration rewards?
A: Sign up for the Apex legends mobile newsletter. You will receive pre-registration rewards on launch.

Q: I played Soft launch. Should | uninstall the app or keep it till the global launch?
A: You will have to download the whole game. So it's better if you do a clean install on release.
Q: What changes are to be expected in the global launch? Is it going to be the same as a soft launch?
A: The development team has put a lot of effort into optimizing the game for lower-end devices and fixing bugs. We will be getting a UI update, adjustments to guns, ground loot adjustments, legend stats adjustments, and a few changes to the world's edge map.
Q: How many legends are we going to get on launch?
A: 10 legends on launch, Mobile exclusive legend Fade will be joining the apex games.
Q: When are we going to get more legends?
A: No info on that. But it's speculated that we will get a legend per season in the battle pass and one legend in mid-season update.
Q: Is ApexM playable on emulator?
A: Yes, ApexM is officially supported on Gameloop. Emulator players will have separate matchmaking and will not be matched against mobile players.
Q: ApexM will have controller support?
A: Yes. ApexM will have controller support. Just like Emulator, it will have separate matchmaking.
Q: | bought Apex Syndicate Gold (ingame currency) during soft launch. What happens to it?
A: You get it back in your account with 25% bonus.
Q: Do | keep my BP rewards?
A: You get to keep your premium and free BP rewards. Anything you got from crates or bought with flux will be removed from the account. No info on stats and borders being reset.
Q: Will we be able to create custom rooms on launch?
A: Yes. You will have ability to create custom room on launch.
Q: Will ApexM get newer PC legends like NewCastle?
A: Yes. Eventually.
Q: Is Predator Rank going to be released on global launch?
A: Yes, We are getting Predator Rank on global launch.
Q: Are Heirlooms coming to ApexM?
A: Yes. We found heirlooms in files. You can find the heirloom leaks posted on our twitter and discord.
