Rumble Box Return
Dear Arena Players,
During Diggy's launch hours on June 9 at around 8:00am (UTC), a bug has caused the issue where Diggy's drop rate was 0%. The bug was confirmed to be fixed at around 11:04am (UTC) on the same day.
Pulling records from the server, more than 20,000 players were affected by the incident. Our goal is to return each and every affected player on a 1:1 basis. To do that, we have developed a new automation tool, and this mail is a result of its completion.
This return is an exact match for the number of Rumble Boxes you opened during the period, with 1 Mega Rumble Box being equal to 10 Rumble Boxes.
This is the best way we could possibly compensate, and we hope you would accept our apology. Moving forward, we will revisit our QA process to make sure that similar situations will not arise again in the future.
Boxes will arrive soon in your mailbox, and they will expire by July 15, 12:00pm (UTC).
