Its not a third person shooter like the division 1 nor 2, the game is a "block to block" rpg, yes exactly like chess with and rpg touch and P2W aspect ( loot boxes)...

But it IS is TPP, (so you got that wrong) and what the mean by block to block is not turn based (as you state chest like) block to block as some rpg it refers to the blocks of NYC, same as Div1&2 blocks unlock by lvl and power rating, but yea will contain lootboxes obviously, but that's expected,

I completely agree with you i played the division 1 & 2 (even their alphas), i really love the franchise on pc but i saw that tweet i was mad thats all and with the P2W bs nowadays... Well you know what i mean, but i'm glad that the game will not be like an RTS, but i'm gonna hold the hype and see what the game will be like :)
