Sadly, the game won't launch if you have Lucky Patcher for any reason. I don't even use it for games (especially games that connect to the internet since it's never worth the risk) and I don't intend to remove LP it just to check this game out for (most likely) a few days before I inevitably delete it.
Also, I don't get why others disliked the gameplay artstyle. Chibi isn't my jam either (though I can tolerate it) but the game (according to the screenshots) look pretty.
