1. Rarity

Like other card games, cards in Journey of Greed range from common to extremely rare.

◎ Rarities are as follows: Legendary (orange/gold); Epic (purple); Rare (blue); Fine (green); Common (grey).

◎ Only one of each Legendary card may be placed in your deck, while 2 copies of cards of all other rarities may be added.

◎ The rarity of a card is indicated by the color shown in its ♦ .

2. Islands

◎ The strength of an island, shown in its upper left corner, can range from 1 to 4 for both Red and Green islands. The total strength value of Red and Green islands in your deck may not differ by more than 3 points!

◎ The game phase at which an island can appear is shown in the middle right of the card.

3. Adventurer Type

◎ Skill cards show which Adventurer they belong to in the middle right of their details. Current Adventurers include Alchemist, Witch Doctor, Mercenary, Trickster, Dancer, Taoist, Stray Cat, and Ronin. A common icon is used for cards available to all Adventurers.

◎ Many cards cost Coins to play. A card's cost is shown in the upper left of its details. Some cards have minimum HP requirements, and can only be played if your HP is equal to or higher than the amount shown.
