Game not available to me on Play Store

The game is best. Loved when played for first time.
But upset from one thing (don't know is it problem of play store or Game itself), on play store it states that my device is incompatible with this game (even when my device meets the minimum requirements said by Nekki on its website i.e. has 4GB RAM and Android 10) but when I install it from its official website and played it.
It worked very smoothly.
Please fix this Sir.
Myphone's Game Services work only with Game Downloaded from Play Store or its own Galaxy Store.
