A Plague Tale: Requiem releases on October 18
From Asobo Studio and Focus Entertainment, A Plague Tale: Requiem is an action-adventure stealth game. It is the sequel to the award-winning A Plague Tale: Innocence. The game will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and Steam on October 18.
A Plague Tale: Requiem is set in plague-infested Medieval France in the 14th century. Players will follow Amicia to face the threat from the Inquisition soldiers and rat hordes while seeking cures for brother Hugo.
In one blog post, the game's Lead Engine Programmer, Nicolas Bécavin, said that the rat number in Requiem has increased from 5,000 to 300,000 when compared to the original game.
