For Android: Please check if there are any third party plug-ins (auto clicker etc.) on your device. Matr1x has an extremely strict anti-cheating algorithm, therefore, plug-ins might be mistaken as cheating and restricting the game to run ;( Also, if your android device has been rooted in the past, it would also restrict the game to run.
