APP UPDATE: A few added stuff on settings

Translate

There's few things added on Game and Graphics settings. I'll try testing this if this improves the game. Translations from my DearTranslate app, crap but got it whatever.

After I tested the game with the recent patch, the game runs just okay, no big changes. The added video texture setting on graphics tab is expected to improve on frame rate quality, so it's on by default to prevent sudden game crash on mobile devices. The added toggle to switch off "hit numbers" on battle improve animations a little. Overall the game runs fine on my mobile at above custom high resolution setting, with active skill portrait disabled, HDR set as optional.

As of now, there's no english language content for this version even though microtransactions on my app are on my local currency. We can only hope it'll have in the future, maybe in 10 months or a year if this game goes well.
