“Lineage 2M” finally adds English in its latest client

I downloaded the game, installed and after start it says in noodle language that i need to update it. I click on the orange button and it redirects me to google play store where it says it is not available in my country and i cant update... I live in German...

I've been download this game and i can't pick a server.. it says "server full cannot create more character" .. then what i supposed to do?
