From CBT to almost 2 months of playing Nikke

Translate
Nikke: Goddess of Victory, a game that was developed for 3-4 years and was hyped for so long because the developers "Shift Up" were the ones who were in charge of this game, they also made one of the most infamous F2P games named "Destiny Child".
I have been waiting for this game since it was talked about a lot during 2019 but it was mostly talked about this year thus I was able to join the CBTs. Just like with every other game, it had a good amount of bugs and errors during the CBTs while all of us beta testers will report every single thing and give suggestions on what to add in the game that could benefit the players. Everyone enjoyed the game despite the login errors, bugs, and etc during the CBT. Overtime the game was getting better, when the last CBT started they really improved the game, however, it still had a bunch of bugs that were pretty bad that will always interfere with the players gameplay which again everyone reported about it but we were assured that it'll be fix before they release the Official game. Fast forward, the CBT was announced to a close, we will now wait for the Official Game which was released exactly 2 months later.
When the game was released, I did what everyone will do, the typical re-roll until we finally start playing for real. After a few days of playing, I have experienced the same exact bugs we had during the CBT, actually we got bugs that were worst which made me force close my game many times same with numerous of other players. Countless of players couldn't even login, play the game, variety of features wouldn't work, and many other things. We had to get maintenance a bunch of times in order for players to get in the game or even try to start it up. We were also assured that a mechanic (Bond Episodes, story events with your characters aka Nikkes) would be fixed but it wasn't fixed until almost 1 month later after release.  One week and a half later we got the first ever event in the game called "No Caller ID", the CP requirements (Your Squad's Battlepower) was decent for the Normal mode especially for players who were relatively new, well, it was outrageous when Hard Mode was released, it was 2-3x more the number of majority of the playerbase squad's CP which caused a massive controversy on how the game just wants players to spend a lot to progress hard which the term "P2W" was used a lot for this game for now on, even big spenders complained about it.  After a huge backlash we had another maintenance for them to adjust the CP requirements which made events in general now tolerable, even for new players. After the "No Caller ID" event, our very first co-op mode event was announced which you gather 4 other players to defeat a boss, pretty much similar to a raid in many other games. When it was released, it was a terrible experience for everyone, despite everyone actually enjoying it because it was fun, people will disconnect numerous times which prevents people from even completing a single run, even the queueing system wasn't properly working. You think they did a maintenance to completely fix it? No they didn't, in fact we were just given some goodies as compensation while having to deal with it until the event ends. Now the point of me saying all of this is because the developers have been very incompetent and have been losing the trust of many players which made them quit and refund/chargeback, we keep getting bugs after bugs with any new content we get, we recently just got two PvP modes and they are bugged in many unique, absurd ways that just affects the players progress.
Another controversy that always keeps ongoing is the censorship, before/after released we were all assured from the developers that "they will never censor any characters from the game", they straight up lied to us because they did censored many characters from the game at the end of the day, what a way to lose a bunch of players and their trust.
I will also love to talk about the worst cash shop I ever seen in a gacha game especially their battlepass packs, such an overprice pack and the "new skins" included with them are the same model of the character with just a minor change (the most laziest cash grab thing I've seen), it also includes 25 Regular summon tickets which will probably won't even give you a SSR because the gacha is pretty bad overall. There's not pity but only a spark after 200 summons in the special banners, there's people who never got a SSR after 100+ pulls despite the game having the SSRs at 4%. There should've been a pity system implemented with the banners not just a spark system. The last item in the pack is called a "High Quality Mold", the most infamous hated item in the game, think of it as a SSR selector but you have a 60% chance to get a random SSR while having to deal with a 40% outcome of a SR as well which is a gamble,. It's pretty atrocious for a paid item that should be 100% for a SSR in the first place for such a pricey pack ($20+ depending on the country you are it's even more expensive). Oh yeah by the way, when you reach a milestone YOU will ALWAYS get a pack pop up to make the player buy it which is such a scummy thing to even put but it works for the fools who don't have self-control.
As a person who still been playing since release of the official game from Nov. 4 from this year, I will definitely quit and I am so grateful for once in my life that I went F2P in such a broken game despite making it far. I won against whale players due to sheer luck and being competent with my efficiency with the game. This was such an incomplete game which is sad because I spent hundreds to thousands on my other games which I played for 3 years (Arknights and Azur Lane with 2k+ hours in my activity), this isn't from someone who straight up wants everything for free as a whiner, spending is no problem. I wanted this game to improve and worked as promised but it's still a mess and we were lied to many times.
Despite all that: the gameplay is addicting, the music is great, the waifus are enjoyable, and etc but the gating of progression on a normal mode with the story is ridiculous for a so call "Idle Game", the dallies takes around 30 mins to 1 hour which is absurd just for a minor gain of resources and the huge CP spike out of nowhere is such a joke. I've played Idle games before but this is just not ok at all even after playing this for 300+ hours (the game was so broken that it didn't even track my overall playtime). I wanted to support this game but I'm calling it in a few days, I'll just go elsewhere where my time and money which will be appreciated.
By the way, the game has been getting criticized a lot so don't look at how much money they made the first month even though it looks impressive (never judge a book by it's cover), look at the player base feedback and check the low ratings of this game on many other platforms because it's not doing so good overall with players despite making a lot of money from the gambling addicts who clearly know that the game is a mess but they're suffering from sunk cost fallacy. Checkout the Official Discord as well because it's all over the place with the Feedback and Issue channels.
I will add a picture of my progress to show that I wasn't lying about everything especially the CBT part (CBT players did get a special frame which it shows) that I stated. Thank you for reading this, everything I said happened and it was such a struggle to enjoy this game. I will not recommend playing this game at all, you will see how broken it is, the more you play it.

I agree with everything you said except for one detail. You seem to be blaming the developer, Shiftup in lieu of the publisher Tencent. You can partially blame Shiftup as it was supposed to publish the game itself, like it did with Destiny Child, but for some reason, toward the final stages, they went with a different publisher (Tencent) which was a terrible mistake. It's the reason for their censorship and terrible price points. DC itself is not censored, but tap tap is slightly as it's based off the Japanese version, and Google play censored it a bit more although not nearly as bad as Nikke. I wanted to love this game so much because DC is the most f2p game I've ever played, but as soon as I heard Tencent was publishing it, my hopes had dissipated. I gave up in about a month and really wanted to support it. I just couldn't. Tencent ruined it completely, so I'm surprised you stuck with it for as long as you did. The in game bugs and character bugs were atrocious at best, after stage 10 or so it was only giving out 10 crystals every few stages, when it previously gave out 300. Power scaling as you said was absurdly high and it was obvious how badly they tried to get everyone to spend money. If they don't drop Tencent, I don't see them lasting more than 6-12 months before it has to close

How about we not blame at all? No one needs blame, they need solutions. I personally will continue to play NIKKE forever so long as I have the ability to play for free, and that "free" is genuinely FREE. NIKKE is a new game, and it's going to take time as would anything good in life to balance out. Have some patience! Did Coronavirus teach us nothing?

Everything you said has been spot on. I've played it since launch and tried to give the benefit of the doubt for as long as I could but seeing how it still is, I've decided to uninstall it
