【Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Anniversary Edition】Come and experience this cult mystery adventure!

✦ On April 21st, developers Spike Chunsoft had announced that they will release three games, Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, and Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony based on the Danganronpa series on the mobile outside the Japan area. 

✦ Recently, Spike Chunsoft has announced that the next work in the Anniversary Collection-- Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Anniversary Edition will launch in Japan on iOS and Android devices August 20. ✦ Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Anniversary Edition will include several new features such as optimized visuals, an overhauled control scheme, a gallery mode, and other tweaks to modernize the title for its mobile re-release.

✦ New features include the argument-inducing "Rebuttal Mode", a unique mechanic known as "Logic Dive", "Trial Preparations" and "Nonstop Debate", etc.

❊[Rebuttal Showdown]

• The Rebuttal Showdown will begin when a student denies your argument during a class trial. You can counterattack the statements in your opponent’s rebuttal that appear by using the directional keys and × button. By doing this, you can skew the debate to your advantage in order to reveal the rebuttal’s weak point

and refute it.

• The player travels into Hajime's mind and rides a surfing board through a virtual obstacle course. At certain points along the course, multiple-choice questions are posed which are answered by traveling along the correct route. Choosing the incorrect answer causes Hajime to fall off the course and waste time. Hajime must reach the end of the course before the time limit ends.

• Before the class trial starts, you can prepare by assigning skills that you think will be useful during the trial. You can assign as many skills as you have available SP to spend on them. Your maximum SP will increase every time you level up.

❊[Improved Hangman's Gambit]

• The player travels into Hajime's mind in a minigame similar to the Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc. However, the letters now move on a set path and must be shot in order. If two letters collide, it causes damage to Hajime's Influence gauge.
