Sands of Salzaar is the perfect blend of strategy and RPG wrapped up in a pretty package. I enjoyed the visuals and the animated cutscenes. Building my army, meeting recruits, and raiding towns added to my experience, but this game has a major problem. It's buggy as all hell!
It's sad to say because this title would be a pretty cool addition to my iPhone game library. The variety of enemies, from bandits to wolves, and the customizations you can make to your character hooked me from the beginning!
Playing as a badass bounty hunter who leads "the jackals" really hyped me up for this game. Unfortunately, as soon as I changed the settings, the entire game switched to Chinese, and there was no way to get it back to English. With no way to change the language setting, my entire $4.00 has been wasted. Sands of Salzaar had real potential, but until the developers fix this bug, give it a pass.
