Bailu is too high. Dan Heng, Physical tb, Natasha (kinda) deserve A tier. Asta is too high. Welt can be S tier, since he best debuffer in the game for now.

this is dupe. natasha shouldn't be at B. she's at least A tier. Himeko should not be at A. For her to be good, you have to invest quite a lot and she's only good if you have her signature light cone and eidolons. As for Herta, I do not belive she she's in D. She's at least a C or B. Bailu is way to high cuz I think she's at least at B or A. Physical trailblazer might be free but they're honestly a good dps so a C is not it. They're prolly on B or A. And Welt is crazy if you build him good and if it was me, I would put him in S
