I've climbed quite well up to gold ELO in solo q,played a lot lately and I can assure you it's 100% skill based.
The internet connection MUST be good or the game gets extremely laggy and it's all about timing and positioning.
Graphics are great on top quality and with unlimited FPS.
Music is nothing too fancy but pretty enjoyable.
Could use a practice mode to try out builds and strikers and understand the level up progression.
Friend search is extremely messy.
Overall it's a 9/10 for me.
