We already mentioned regarding the issue in below article link. Basically EA sets registration restrictions for NFS Mobile as the game only released for Australia, to avoid maximum registration from across the globe instead of the specific AU region.

I'd like to know how fucked up is it in Australia that every damn game is released there in testing?!?!?! I've never seen the country stand out in number of players or spend money, (because all these games are money driven...), I don't know if it's stupidity or another reason to launch these games there... the kangaroos must be big consumers of games maybe...well, a few more years and maybe the game will be ready for the rest of the world...if nothing gets better sooner...which isn't hard...
