try using another phone. or activate flight mode and turn it off again. I hope this helps

yea i think he need a better phone. becoz I don't get any of this prb. at least the mobile should be 3 or 4 gb ram i am talking about Android. my phone is 6 gb ram. and i can play this game very well.
