As a huge arena brawler guy who usually plays traditional fighting games, it blows my mind what mobile games are capable of. I always wanted a FG that is designed with mobile phones in mind and we're finally getting one.
We don't have a gameplay breakdown yet, so we are still uncertain if the game is fun... Despite how promising the gameplay in terms of design is(there is even a combo breakaway mechanic, so no true infinites!).
This is what I was hoping Arc Sys or the creators of N innocence would be able to achieve with the Japanese anime art style one day. A game that looks hand animated, every frame resembling wallpaper artwork. We finally got it! Smooth + plenty of in betweens on every animation, detailed VFX(usually the most lacking area), and uncompromised gameplay. I am still in mild disbelief this game exists and wouldn't be surprised if the final game looks nothing like this.
Still, this is a huge achievement and I thank everyone involved for just proving games could look like this! Photorealistic games potentially existing doesn't even excite me anymore, LOL.
