This seems to be a copy of Street Fight Duel but with SNK characters. It's basically an idle game based around powering up characters to beat stages.
At some point during the usual forced tutorial that teaches you how to click on stuff the game decided it needed to download another 2gigs of data, when it finished it then got stuck displaying the message unpacking files for around 15 mins. A restart didn't help so at that point I uninstalled.
