I've been on 5% on the charging screen for 15 minutes, and it doesen't charge. Does anybody know how to solve it?

yes, take a bottle of water pour it on the phone now wait for it until it's soaked. Then take another but this time wash the phone with detergent then leave your ph0ne to dry for a day keep it in the sunlight it's good for the phone. Then try switching your phone on it will work now.
