If the Play Store or Play Service detect root and safety net failure on your device, some game on the Play Store will automatically become incompatible with your device. You need to hide the root and run safety net successful then it can be resolved, another method you have to delete the root and lock bootloader again so that it returns to normal as before.

If you haven't unlocked the bootloader and rooted it then your device system hasn't been modified. So there are problem with the Play Store and Play Service, you need to delete the Play Store and Play Service data then uninstall the Play Store to the old version and after that restart your device. Update Play Store to the latest version and log in with your Google account then the app that were previously incompatible are now compatible.
