What is up with this game optimization problem with phones with mediatek processor?

Translate
I don't know if this is actually an optimization issue or my phone is just bad, while many games like genshin impact, Pubg, and other high end games run really good on mediatek flagship and midrange processors, There are some games which I noticed no matter how good the processor is, The game just won't let you change the graphic settings or even if it does, The game won't run as smooth as it would run on a Snapdragon processor with similar specs.
Some of the games which I think have this problem is :
1. Fortnite :
82354
2. COD Warzone Mobile :
232311
3. Rainbow Six Mobile :
233287
I have tried these games and the performance is really below par, Rainbow Six is not even as heavy as cod Warzone Or fortnite, or even pubg for that matter. While I get to play pubg at HDR 60fps, Rainbow Six does not give me any option to change the graphics or fps at all 💀( similarly with fortnite and cod Warzone). I mean I can agree Warzone and fortnite not enabling higher graphics option to certain extent, but definitely not with rainbow Six.

I've tryed with mediatek dimensity 1080 and fortnite has runned in high graphics at 60fps. Now with mediatek dimensity 8050 i can play in ultra with 120hz (or high/ultra frames) very smooth, only in warzone Mobile the soc sucks with a lot of bugs have the game

It does not work as well as a snapdragon would since those processors are not aimed at gaming, and since there are so many devices and processors is a slow process. So in a list of 10 types of processors, mediatek would be the 4th one that developers would start optimizing, maybe, I'm just talking about a little of what I know is the first paragraph and the rest is my intuition.
