Can't get it on Google Play

Unfortunately, when I go to the Google Play store, it says I can't get [the game] (I'm a android user) and when I try the taptap apk file, it seems like it's not letting me download it. I trust Google Play more, so..how do I get this game on Google Play?

yeah too bad ur phone isnt strong enough, u cant, can u check how much RAM your phone has? its in "about my phone" if u dont have more than 4 u cant
