Earth:revival Bluetooth controller help

Anyone else having trouble with Bluetooth controller connection? My xbox controller disconnects from the game randomly, if I open the menu or inventory screens some of my buttons don't register when pressed. I have to reset the entire game, very frustrating.

I am looking for some help to stop this issue, please if you have any helpful tips let me know. Thanks

Nah, that's not the case. It doesn't really disconnect the whole controller, I'm still connected to my phone just the button input stops working for the game.

Have you checked if it only disconnects when you don’t press anything for a while?

what gen of a Xbox controller do u have and of u have a gen 2 PS4 controller they work fine and if u have a corded Xbox one controler they work as well
