I tried all free vpns ever made can't get a working one for japanese server , i guess i am not lucky enough to play it yet

OvpnSpider does work, been playing it for a while now using it. And if a certain server does not work on it, just switch in-between them until you find a working one. You should also find tutorials about this on yt too.
