if the problem same..then you'll ner joystick... (usb/bt) since that also occur when beta tester ago...won't work on touchscreen when on tutorial, but work nicely via joystick...after passing tutorial then everythng work by touch.
the only problem is after global repease update the became unstable..by lot of lag...& way too much loading

pause the game before the massage and go to settings and in control secrion change it to touch screen

you have to click the pause ⏸️ before that logo appears and change it in game control
