Does anyone knows the solution for this problem in the Play store?

I'm on Android 14. I already asked Google about this and their answer was "you have to contact the developers of that app and ask them to update their app and make it compatible with the new Android updates". Though i doubt any of the devs would do that but i will try.
There are other ways to get free apps, you just have to download the APK from some website or an alternative app or somewhere else.
BUT! some games are paid apps, it is sketchy to pirate paid apps i really want to stay away from anything that might harm my phone and it's security, i already done that mistake once, never again.
If you have other solutions please share it with me, and maybe some other people will see it helpful as well.
This game for example:

The First Tree - Apps on Google Play

I can't get it.

There's no "fix" of this. Many good games are thus now unplayable because of this crap. Side loading could be a way.

Its a shame, one of the biggest companies can't fix simple issues.
Side loading would work but not for all apps, you may have noticed that when you download an app from Play store and install it you still see a notification that says "downloading additional files" those additional files are important for the app, but you don't get those additional files when side loading. But try it anyways.

Well it says your phone is too old so you need a new phone, Like a game called Sparking Zero it only works for new consoles and not older ones like the Nintendo switch. Long story short, you need a newer phone like a 14 is too old, we are on our s24

No bro, i have Android version 14, using Samsung S21 oneUI 6.1, the problem is my phone is too new for this game, that they have to update the game to run on the newer version of Android.
Sorry if i didn't explained well previously.
