Yikes! What a shallow cash grab. I played all the way through age 11 so I gave this more than a fair shot. The energy system isn't terribly unbalanced, but ads are absolutely relentless. Between plays, after certain merges, and the only way to select different furniture is ad or premium currency. I can't even use my stars to select nicer decor! Either ads for progression or ads for active playtime would make this tolerable, but as is this is just a few 3D models and continuous ads. Gross.
