Sudden FPS Drop

Greetings! We have been experiencing Ping dropping to 3000 while in game. Other players have confirmed that their internet connection is stable. All necessary steps to improve the game was already done. Tried playing on the taptap booster app, re login to the game, clear cache, reset the wifi modem and re download the app, but still having the same issues. Please help
