How to create your own ringtones for your Samsung Galaxy S - What you need to do
Customizing your Android phone with ringtone sounds is a great way to personalize it without paying extra money. You can download any music you like to your phone as klingelton and even assign each one to a specific contact, family member or boss. In this post, we are going to show you how to create custom ringtones for Android with almost any song. The instructions in this post are written for users who have an unlocked Samsung Galaxy phone.
First, download a ringtone composer for your Android phone. Connect this phone to the computer with a USB cable using a USB cable. On the computer, open the Settings app. Search for ringtones. If you don't see an entry for the ringtone composer, click the Ringtones tab and look for it.
When you have found the ringtone composer, open the program and choose from the selection of available ringtone samples. Click "Choose a new ringtone" and follow the instructions on the screen. You will now see two choices: one is for the internal ringtone that is displayed on your phone's home screen and does not affect other applications; the second is an external ringtone that is placed on the PHONES Micro SD card. Select the one you want to put on your phone, then insert the card into your phone memory. Finally, check out the Mount / Install option and then the File Manager and you are done!
