SMG or Assault Rifles?

What weapon to pick up when battling enemies in Apex Legends Mobile?[b]

[/b]I will list down the factors to consider on which weapon to use.

1) Recoil - SMG has the most recoil compared to ARs because of its fire rate. AR's recoil is fairly easier to control compared to SMGs.

2) Fire Rate - SMG has a faster fire rate but has a higher recoil control.

3) DMG - AR does more DMG than SMG per bullet. But if you manage to control the recoil of the SMG. You can deal more damage using an SMG.

4) Range - AR is way more effective than SMG when it comes to range. Due to the ARs accuracy rate, ARs are better in mid to long-range combat.

5) Weapon Attachments - most of the weapon attachments in-game are universal especially for the barrel mod, and sights. The only thing that differs is the extended mag based on the ammo of your weapon.

6) Playstyle - if you prefer a close-combat and flanking SMG would be the best weapon of choice to pick off enemies faster. SMGs' faster fire rate is effective in close combat. While ARs are effective in long to mid-range combat.
