Binding and payment issue announcement

Dear Taptap Adventurers,

We have noticed that the pack of new downloaded from Taptap store might has problem with GP/FB binding and paying.

We have currently uploaded a new pack, but this new pack might leads to a new issue with the guest account.

Please remember your current account's in-game name before re-download the new pack from Taptap!!!

To fix the binding and paying problem, you would need to delete the old app and re-download it from Taptap again. You might meet a hotfix update with around 90M.

If you find your old account is lost, and it ask you to create a new account, please provide us your old account's in-game name and you new account's in-game name. Then we could offer you two choice for the operation:

[b]1. We can get back your old account on your current device, we would also provide you 500 diamond as a compensation of the trouble.

2. If you want to play the new account, you can keep playing it and remember to bind it to GP/FB for security. We would also provide you 1000 diamond for the new account as a compensation of losing the old account.[/b]

My problem was that it says to update game but there was no update on Play store or TapTap apk So I remove game from phone and when I try to install it again I couldn't it was just pre-register button not download button So Can you help me

Hello, sorry we are a bit confused about your situation, did you get back your old account ALEX_RISER? what we did is to get your new account STAR_RISER's device ID, and bind it to your old account ALEX_RISER, so that when you re-login the game, you would be automatically logging in with the account ALEX_RISER. May we know what is the situation you are having now?
