Ok.. can someone pls explain me whats this all about the WeChat app or what ever it is ?? and why it needs to be scan ??

You need WeChat (Chinese Messenger) or QQ (Chinese Instagram/Facebook) to play this game. But we, people that are not Form China, cannot use QQ but WeChat. And to create a WeChat Account, a another WeChat User has to scan the QR Code.
