Waited for more than 2 hours in a server with a lowest queue of 1,600+, only to get kicked out while I'm choosing a hair style in character creation. The system says "Returning to screen due to long inactivity". So that wasn't an activity? I saw someone getting disconnected mid combat but my character wasn't even born yet.
